 | Long Island Iced Tea Recipe
Long Island Iced Tea is a powerful cocktail, disguised as an innocent looking cold iced tea - the cocktail contains no tea.
- crushed ice
- 1 tablespoon of light rum (Bacardi)
- 1 tablespoon of vodka
- 1 tablespoon of gin
- 1 tablespoon of triple sec (Cointreau)
- 1 tablespoon of tequila
- 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons / 90 ml of Cola
- slice of lemon
- sprig of fresh mint
Place the crushed ice in a long tall tumbler, add the rum, vodka, gin,
triple sec, tequila and lemon juice. Stir to combine and top with cola.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.
(Serves 1)
