Long Island Iced Tea Recipe

• crushed ice
• 1 tablespoon of light rum (Bacardi)
• 1 tablespoon of vodka
• 1 tablespoon of gin
• 1 tablespoon of triple sec (Cointreau)
• 1 tablespoon of tequila
• 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 6 tablespoons / 90 ml of Cola
• slice of lemon
• sprig of fresh mint

Place the crushed ice in a long tall tumbler, add the rum, vodka, gin, triple sec, tequila and lemon juice. Stir to combine and top with cola. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.
