Golden Sausage Casserole Recipe

  • 8 Sausages
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of worcester sauce
  • 1 cup of water

Slice the carrots into rounds and slice the onion into wedges (Lyonnaise). Place the sausages, prepared carrot and onion in a large casserole dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a jug and pour over the meat and vegetables. Cover and backfor 40 minutes at 180°C, 350°F or gas mark 4. Serve with creamy mashed potato.
