Fjord Recipe

Fjord is made with Aquavit, a very potent spirit found throughout Scandinavia, not unlike Schnapps.

  • 2 tablespoons of Cognac
  • 2 teaspoons of Aquavit
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine
  • half slice of orange
  • half slice of lime
  • crushed ice

Combine the Cognac, Aquavit, orange juice, lime juice, grenadine and crushed ice in a cocktail shaker. Gently shake and pour into a highball glass. Garnish with half a slice of orange and lime.

(Serves 1)
