 | Bloody Mary Recipe
Everyone has their own way to make a Bloody Mary, this is our favourite. Obviously the more Vodka to tomato juice, the more 'punch' the cocktail has!
- 6 ice cubes
- 30 ml (1 fl oz ) of Vodka
- 100 ml (3½ fl oz) of tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 10 ml (1/3 fl oz) of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 - 6 drops of Tabasco sauce
- A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- A pinch of sea salt
- A crisp stalk of celery
Place ice cubes into a highball glass. Add the Vodka, tomato juice,
Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper. Stir
well and serve garnished with a crisp stalk of celery.
(Serves 1)
